Adaptive Mélange
Borgo di Colleoli, a former Renaissance palace of the Gherardi family near Palaia, Tuscany, is now a resort. The design preserves its history through adaptive reuse, creating a sustainable and welcoming space for the community.

Four additional programs—an art gallery, a culinary workshop, a winery, and a café—are placed to celebrate Tuscan culture and to activate the existing piazzas.
